Elizabeth Quat is a Hong Kong politician associated with the proBeijing Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong. She is a cofounder of the scandalrocked Internet Professional Association , a director of the World Summit Award and chief executive officer of CB Strategic Investment.
